Employers must instruct their employees in the use of company cars (ArbSchG & DGUV Regulation 70). DKV Mobility offers a simple and safe solution for this at attractive special conditions.
Drivers are requested by text message or e-mail to complete the LapID driver training in German, English, French or Polish. The modules are defined individually, e.g. additional content for electric vehicles or special topics for professional drivers such as load securing and transporting hazardous goods. The costs are billed monthly per driver and documentation is provided automatically.
The training is based on German law: employers must instruct their employees on health and safety at work (§12 ArbSchG). Only instructed and authorised drivers are permitted to drive mechanically powered vehicles (§35 DGUV regulation 70).
Important notes:
Failure to provide proper instruction may have legal consequences. The employers' liability insurance association will not cover any accident costs in this case.
The employer can be held liable by the accident insurance institution.
Wilfully inadequate or omitted instruction can result in a prison sentence of up to one year.
The fee is per driver.
A service surcharge of 2.5 % is included in the price, in accordance with the current AGB-DKV.
Billing is monthly.
No minimum term.
Both parties can terminate the contract with three months' notice to the end of a calendar month.
