  Once a year the driver receives an automatic reminder: The driver instruction from TÜV Rheinland with short, concise lessons is to be carried out. The costs are billed quarterly for each exam taken. The results are documented automatically and in an audit-proof manner.

• Legal basis of driver instruction

  The training is structured according to German law:
  According to §12 ArbSchG, the employer has to instruct the employees sufficiently and appropriately about safety and health protection at work during their working hours. According to § 35 DGUV regulation 70, the employer may only entrust those drivers with the independent driving of machine-driven vehicles who have been instructed in driving the vehicle and who have proven their ability to do so.

• Consequences of non-compliance

  Incorrect instruction can lead to legal consequences:

  • No assumption of accident costs by the employers' liability insurance association
  • Recourse against the employer by the accident insurance company
  • Imprisonment of up to one year for intentionally inadequate or neglected instruction
